ALTEN is committed to conducting and developing its business in strict compliance with national and international laws and regulations and to making ethics and compliance a common priority for the entire Group.
Ethics and Compliance
ALTEN places great importance on ethics, integrating transparency, integrity, and responsibility into its daily practices. They have established a network of ethical ambassadors to uphold these values by conducting regular audits and reporting to management. ALTEN complies with national and international anti-corruption standards, formalized in the updated 2023 Ethics Charter, which enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and conflicts of interest.
Information System Security
ALTEN prioritizes information security and cybersecurity with policies that adhere to international standards such as ISO 27001.
The certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) ensures rigorous data protection processes, reviewed biannually by a governance committee. Global initiatives and an intranet portal further reinforce security practices across all of ALTEN’s subsidiaries.
Responsible Purchasing
ALTEN has implemented a responsible purchasing policy to support its sustainability goals, focusing on minimizing environmental and social impacts. In 2022, ALTEN received the “Committed to Responsible Purchasing” label from AFNOR, recognizing its sustainable procurement practices. ALTEN continuously monitors and improves supplier performance using tools to assess social and environmental risks, ensuring high standards of sustainability and ethics.
Vigilance Plan
ALTEN has established a vigilance plan to identify and prevent risks related to human rights, health, safety, and the environment. This plan is regularly updated and supported by local risk maps. Rigorous procedures are in place to evaluate third parties, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Additionally, ALTEN offers training programs to raise employee awareness on various vigilance-related issues, fostering a culture of responsibility.
Solidarity
ALTEN has implemented a skills-based volunteer program, allowing employees to engage in solidarity projects, dedicating more than 3,800 person-days in 2023. The company maintains strong partnerships with numerous NGOs and associations, contributing to sustainable development and social inclusion, with 89 collaborations in 2023. Moreover, ALTEN promotes diversity and inclusion, supporting job seekers and gender equality, as evidenced by its partnership with “Elles Bougent” since 2009.
