I oversee the Engineering Division’s business which includes services for the aerospace and aviation, transportation, industrial, energy.

My career naturally led to project management because this aligned with my skills in communication and coordination.

What makes a great leader? Leading with respect, giving your colleagues the chance to be listened to and heard.

My main sources of inspiration is obviously my family. Then the possibility of learning new things each day, and of meeting new people.

I’m working in the banking industry, in cybersecurity. Before I started, I had no idea how complex cyber and technology controls were!

I’m verry happy that ALTEN was able to match my competences with a role I’m not sure I would have considered myself.

I am Technical Leader of ALTEN Spain’s main client in the aerospace sector.

As a consultant you can have different roles depending on your skills and your background.

After five years, I directed my career towards the business area, where I contributed to the establishment and growth of ALTEN’s Life Sciences Division.

My passion is ultra-running, which involves running distances longer than a marathon.

I have been working here for more than 17 years. I started as a developer, then I took up the role of functional analyst and then became a project manager.

The reason I got into engineering was definitely my father. He’s a mechanical engineer working for the natural gas and petroleum industry in India
