EcoVadis renews ALTEN’s top rating for its CSR commitments for the 5th consecutive year
ALTEN, world leader in engineering and IT services, is proud to have maintained its “Platinum” rating awarded by the EcoVadis platform in August 2024. The excellent score of 84/100, an improvement of 2 points compared to 2023, rewards the Group’s commitment to sustainable development.
Since 2009, ALTEN has chosen to compare its ESG performance with best practices via the Ecovadis platform. Constantly improving since then, the rating provided by EcoVadis illustrates the efforts made by the Group to respond to current social, environmental and societal issues.

People
ALTEN pays particular attention to the development of its employees, who are central to its success. Gender equality is one of the Group’s flagship commitments, which scored 89/100 on the gender equality index defined by the Avenir Act of 5 September 2018.
Environment
ALTEN monitors its environmental footprint and is particularly committed to reducing its carbon footprint. In 2024, the SBTi (Science-based Targets initiative) validated the ALTEN Group’s greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for 2030 and 2050. ALTEN is also fully committed to supporting its customers in their efforts to reduce their footprint through innovative approaches.
Sustainable Innovation
ALTEN encourages innovation by supporting projects that combine technology and sustainability. These projects dedicated to sustainable development represent 31% of the Group’s internal R&D activities. ALTEN invests in the development of advanced technological solutions that respond to current societal and environmental challenges, while creating added value for its customers.
